At PodClip AI, all of our payment processing and order fulfillment is conducted by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com.
Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, all refunds are managed exclusively by Paddle and are processed in strict accordance with Paddle's official Consumer Terms. PodClip AI does not apply any additional exceptions, qualifiers, or limitations beyond Paddle's official policy.
1. 14-Day Refund Window
We offer a standard 14-day refund window for our digital products and services. If you wish to request a refund, you may do so within 14 days of your purchase date.
As Paddle is our Merchant of Record, all refund requests within this 14-day period are evaluated and processed exclusively by Paddle in accordance with their Invoiced Consumer Terms. Paddle reserves the right to refuse a refund if there is evidence of fraud or refund abuse.
2. Consumer Right to Cancel (EU & UK)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you generally have a statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 days and request a refund from Paddle.
Digital Content Exception: As per Paddle's terms, where a product is digital content (such as AI processing credits) which is immediately made available, by downloading or otherwise acquiring the product, you consent to the immediate performance of the agreement and acknowledge that you will lose your 14-day cancellation right once performance has begun. Paddle administers all refunds and will determine eligibility under this policy.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you can contact Paddle directly via the instructions provided in your purchase receipt email, or by visiting paddle.net (Paddle's official buyer support portal).
